To be honest I was a little terrified at the beginning because the water pressure is tremendous. The first time I used it, my gums bled. I was unaware of the settings and I just started it in my mouth but i learnt about it and started using it regularly. I love that its handy, light in weight and travel friendly. Continued used for 2 weeks made my teeth really clean. It goes to the places where our toothbrush cannot reach. For me its really difficult to clean wisdom teeth and this flosser cleans it nicely.
